This policy applies to payments made on www.hardiklts.com. 'Hardik LTS' is the trading name of 'Hardik Sharma' ("we", "us", "our"). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Please read it before you pay.
Our services are intellectual and non-tangible. Nothing is delivered in a box that can be returned, so this policy explains clearly, in advance, what is refundable and what is not.

2. The introductory session fee (₹[49]):
The ₹[49] is an accountability charge. It exists to confirm that you are serious about attending your booked slot.
The full price ₹[49] is adjustable after you join the coaching program. You are treated as having joined if you complete the full session.
If you leave the session in between, or do not attend the session and do not reschedule in advance (a "no-show"), then neither ₹[49] will be adjusted anywhere & nor any refund will be processed.
If we cancel the session, or we cannot hold it for any reason on our side, you receive a full refund or a new slot of your choice.
3. Rescheduling
Introductory session
You can reschedule once, free of charge, if you inform us at least [24] hours before your slot on whatsapp number [+91 8810598082] or on email id [WorkHardikLTS@gmail.com]
If you reschedule in time, your ₹[49] carries over to the new slot.
4. The coaching program fee: no refund, with one exception
All program fees are paid in advance of the sessions they cover.
Program fees, once paid, are non-refundable. You will be told this, and asked to accept it, in the written program terms.
The exception:
Once you decide to begin the journey of coaching program and make the payment, a “Service Agreement & Informed Consent” pdf will be shared with you. Details of refund policy for this program are mentioned in that pdf. Signing this agreement is mandatory before the journey begins. If you choose not to sign the agreement, the payment made will be fully refunded, and the program journey will be cancelled.
We may stop services if payment is not made when due. The fee schedule and payment terms are in your written program terms.
5. Payment problems
Payment deducted, but no booking confirmation: Write an email to us at [WorkHardikLTS@gmail.com] or whatsapp us at [+91 8810598082] with your payment ID and we will confirm your booking or refund you in full.
Charged twice: We will refund the extra amount in full.
Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or card provider, so we can resolve it quickly.
6. How to request a refund
Email [WorkHardikLTS@gmail.com] with your name, the phone number or email you used to book, and your payment ID. We will reply within 48 hours. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay or direct bank transfer, within the time stated in Section 2.
7. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Indian consumer protection law.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version shown on the date you pay is the one that applies to that payment.
