These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of www.hardiklts.com and to booking and attending the introductory call described below. 'Hardik LTS' is the trading name of 'Hardik Sharma' ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a call, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. About these Terms

• These Terms cover this website and the introductory session only.

• If you later decide to join a coaching program, we will send you separate written terms for that program. Those terms will set out the program's scope, duration, cancellation and refund rules.
  
  

2. The introductory session

• The introductory session is a 1hr to 1hr 20 minute one-to-one online conversation to understand what you are going through, explain how we work, and help you decide whether coaching is right for you.

• It is held on video platform. We will email you the meeting link.

• You are never under any obligation to continue after the session.
  
  

3. What our service is, and what it is not

• We provide coaching. We do not diagnose medical or psychological conditions, and we do not prescribe or change medication. Please speak to your doctor before changing any medication.

• Coaching is not a replacement for medical care, psychiatric treatment or emergency help. If you are in crisis, or you or someone else may be at risk of harm, please contact your local emergency services or a doctor immediately. Our sessions are not an emergency service.

• We do not guarantee any particular result. Experiences differ from person to person. Testimonials on this website are shared with the client's consent and reflect individual experiences, not guaranteed results.
  
  

4. Who can book

• You must be 18 or older. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make the booking and give consent on your behalf.

• You agree to give accurate information when you book and fill in our forms.
  
  

5. Booking and payment

• The fee for the introductory session is ₹49 [inclusive of all applicable taxes]. The total price is shown before you pay, and there are no hidden charges.

• Payment is made through Razorpay. A booking is confirmed only after your payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email.

• If your payment is deducted but you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us at email 'WorkHardikLTS@gmail.com' with your payment ID and we will sort it out promptly.

• Slots are limited and offered on availability.
  
  

6. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Your responsibilities

• Please join on time, from a quiet place, with a stable internet connection.

• Please be respectful. We may end the session if behaviour is abusive or unsafe.

• You agree not to record or share the session without our written permission, and we will not record it without yours.
  
  

8. Privacy and confidentiality

What you share with us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. What you say in a session is kept confidential, with the limits set out in that policy (for example, where there is a serious risk of harm, or where the law requires disclosure).

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, and any material we share with you, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, sell or share it without our written permission.

10. Third-party services

We use third-party services, including Razorpay for payments and Cal.id for scheduling. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their separate services.

11. Our responsibility

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown here on the date you book is the one that applies to your booking.

13. Complaints and governing law

• Please contact us with the details below. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 20 days.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute is not resolved, you may approach the appropriate consumer forum or the courts at [Faridabad, Haryana].
